Pietro Antonio Fiocco
About the composer
Pietro Antonio Fiocco (1650-1714) was born in Venice, Italy. In 1681 he went to Brussels, Belgium, where he married and stayed for the rest of his life. He became Maitre de musique of the Ducal Chapel in 1687 and of the St.Goedele cathedral in 1696, holding the latter function until his death. Some other works of this composer have been recorded by Collegium Instrumentale Brugensis&Capella Brugensis.
