Joaquim Casimiro Júnior (1808-1862) was born in Lisbon, Portugal. He has composed many works, especially for the theater, opera, comedy, ballet. His sacred works are as well for choir a capella, as with orchestra or organ accompaniment.
Casimiro Júnior died in December 1862.
