In the sense of the General Data Protection Regulation, (GDPR) the Ultimate Stabat Mater Website Foundation is responsible for all processing of personal data. This means that our foundation decides which personal data is processed, for what purpose and in what way. Our foundation handles the personal data of its relations with care, in accordance with the GDPR. By publishing this privacy protocol on our website, www.stabatmater.info we inform you about the use and processing of the personal data collected by us.  On behalf of our board the secretary is the data controller.

1. Persons/organizations from whom we may receive address details
These are:
– Comment form contributors and others who email us
– Those who receive our digital newsletter
– Persons with whom we have a business agreement
– Donors

2. What do we store, how and where
We only keep name and e-mail address of the contacts mentioned.
Where? On (secure) computers of the Foundation. We do not make lists of personal data, except for those who receive our digital newsletter. With the option to sign up for our newsletter, we indicate how to unsubscribe.
We keep donor data for a maximum of 1 year after termination of the donation and 7 years as far as required under tax legislation. We ask donors for permission if we 1) name/thank them on our website, 2) mention them in our annual report or 3) publicize them elsewhere.
When you send us an email or other messages, we may keep those messages. This data is not stored for longer than is necessary for communication. We do not combine this data with your data that we keep under the GDPR.

3.Use and method of registration of personal data
We do not collect more data than is necessary for the purpose of our project and we only use that data for the purpose for which it was provided to us and collected by us.
We do not sell our data to third parties and will only provide your data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of an agreement or to comply with a legal obligation.
Persons and/or organizations referred to under 1 are entitled to correctness. That is why they can view, correct or delete their data with us, or have their personal data transferred from us to another person or company. You can send a request for this to redactie@stabatmater.info.
It is conceivable that we will request further information to ensure that the request has been made by you.
We do not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which we have collected the data. You have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens .

4. Third parties
Mailchimp and Mollie are the third parties with whom we share the necessary personal data.
*We use Mailchimp to send our newsletters to visitors to our site who have registered for it.
For information on how Mailchimp works, please refer to Privacy Policy.
*We use Mollie for our payment transactions, such as for processing your donation.
In this context, we are subject to the applicable national and international laws and regulations relating to the collection, secure storage and distribution of Payment Data or Personal Data.
If you enter into a financial transaction with our foundation via Mollie, you implicitly grant the  permissions as referred to in the applicable privacy legislation.

5. Security
We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured, please contact redactie@stabatmater.info.

6. The website
Our website contains an SSL Certificate, necessary because you can leave personal data on www.stabatmater.info.
Our website only uses functional cookies. We immediately report (a suspicion of) a data breach to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
