About the Stabat Mater
Mezzo-soprano and string quartet
A simple sounding Stabat Mater, a kind of musical prayer, almost like a one-voiced plain chant.
The "Vatican"-version of the text is sung, without any changes except that after the "Amen" a "Halleluia" is added.
